How to work with forms?

We'll explain what actions you can perform with a created form in Uspacy, as well as how to use it to enrich your CRM database

Once you’ve created the necessary forms, they are ready for use. All forms are saved on a separate page in the Marketing section. Here you can edit and change the parameters of each form, as well as find the code to embed it on your website or the generated external link to start using it right away.

How to edit a form?

To make changes to a form, just open it. There, start editing the parameters you want to change. It’s possible to change the name (1), the set of fields and their display parameters (2), add or remove form elements (3), object settings (4), and the button appearance (5).

And then Save.

The changes you made will be immediately displayed in the form.

How to add a form to your website?

To do this, first copy the form code. There are two ways to do this: Directly on the list page of forms. Here, you need to open the interaction menu and select the Form code option.

On the form’s view and edit page. Similarly, in the interaction menu, select the Form code option.

Then, in the window that opens, copy the code and paste it on your website.

How to copy a form’s link?

To do this, open the form itself and use the Share button.

Then, in the window that opens, copy the link.

After that, you can send it to clients or, for example, attach it to a button on your website.

How to duplicate a form?

To do this, use the interaction menu and select Duplicate.

As a result, a window will open to create a new form. The name will include the word copy. This form will have the same set of fields and parameters as the one from which the copy was made. However, you can make necessary changes and save it.

After that, the copy, which is essentially a new form, will be available in the list.

How to delete a form?

To do this, use the interaction menu and select Delete.

In the window that opens, confirm your intention.

As a result, the form will be removed from the list.

How to use the form?

So, after creating the form, you can share it (by embedding the code on your website or via the link).

As a result of its completion, your CRM will be enriched with leads or contacts.
