Here we will explain how to activate products in leads, so you can add specific products or services to their cards

Now, you can work with products not only in deals and smart objects but also in leads.

How to use products in leads?

First, go to CRM entities settings. Then click on the gear icon next to the Leads block. An interaction menu will expand, with only one option – Support of products.

Activate the toggle button.

After that, the Products tab will appear in the lead cards. Thanks to this tab you can link products or services from your catalog to specific leads in your CRM.

When you open it, add products from the catalog or local products, i.e., those that will be used only for a specific lead.

Features of displaying the product amount in leads

After activating support of products, the Amount field will automatically appear in the lead cards. This field cannot be deleted; it can only be hidden. Even after deactivating the product support parameter, this field will remain in the cards.

However, the toggle tab will disappear, and you won’t be able to work with products or link them to the lead.
