Thanks to this configured conditional action, you can automatically create an activity whenever your deal reaches a specific stage. This helps save time and eliminates the need for manual, repetitive steps.

Step by step instruction below ⬇️

Setting up the Conditional Action

First, select the trigger — in our case, it’s the change of a deal stage.

Next, specify the condition — the stage that the deal must move to in order to trigger the activity creation.

Then assign the action: Create → Activity.

Now fill out the basic fields in the activity creation form with the required values.

You can also add additional fields if you want the activity to contain more relevant parameters or information.

☝🏻Important: To ensure the created activity is linked to the deal (as well as any associated contacts or companies), you’ll need to set that up in the configuration too.

That means you should add the Deal, Contacts, and Companies fields and populate them using modifiers.

Once everything is ready, just click to Create the conditional action.

Result

Move the deal to the specified stage.

Immediately after that, you’ll see the planned activity appear in the deal’s card.

✅ Done!
