Before saving the form, you can configure post-click actions.

🔍 You can read more about how to create a new form from scratch, taking all parameters into account, in this article.

Post-click actions are automated scenarios triggered after clicking the submit button on the form. They help display an informational message and redirect the user to another page.

How to set it up?

To configure what actions will occur after the client submits the form, go to a separate tab in the form creation or editing window, and specify the desired parameters there.

🌟 This feature is available only on commercial plans. You can learn more about the features of the plans on the pricing page.

Specifically:

Message

Once the form is submitted, the client sees a special message indicating that the process was successful. It consists of several elements:

🟣 Header – This is the main message text that immediately captures the user's attention. It should be short and clear, e.g., "Successfully submitted!" or "Thank you for registering!"

You can enter any text and use the built-in editor in the input field. This allows you to change the size, color, alignment of the text, etc.

🟣 SubheaderSupporting text that clarifies or explains what will happen after you receive the form information. For example: “We will contact you” or “A link to the webinar will be sent to your email on the day of the event. See you then!

This field also includes a built-in text editor.

🟣 Icon – A graphic element that emphasizes or supports the message content. You can select an icon from a list of standard ones, or use a toggle button to disable the icon display entirely.

💡 If a banner and logo are set for the form, they will also be shown on the submission confirmation page.

Redirection

It allows you to automatically open a specific page after the form is submitted — for example, a confirmation, thank-you page, payment page, or informational page.

To enable redirection, you must first activate the option.

Then enter the desired website or specific page URL in the field.

💡 Note: You must enter the full link, including https://.

You can also add a delay of several seconds — this allows the user to first see the message before being redirected to the specified website page.

To do this, first check the box to enable the delay, then specify the number of seconds.

How does it work?

You need to create the form or save it after making changes.

Now, when a client fills out the form, they will see the message you configured and will be redirected to the specified page on the website.
