In this article, we’ll explain how to completely empty the Trash — leaving it totally clear — or delete individual elements

Elements that have been deleted are not removed permanently right away — they are first sent to the Trash of their corresponding section.

However, if these elements are no longer needed and you don’t plan to restore them, you can permanently remove them from the system. This can be done individually for each element or by emptying the Trash entirely.

Let’s take a look at how to do that ⬇️

Deleting a single element

To remove a specific element from the Trash, find it in the list. Open the interaction menu and select Delete.

Once confirmed, the element will be permanently removed from the system and cannot be recovered.

Mass deletion

To permanently delete multiple elements at once (within the same section), use the mass actions feature. Select the elements you want to delete from the list, click the Delete button.

💡 To select all elements on the page, click the checkbox at the top of the table.

You can select up to 100 elements at once, depending on how many rows are displayed per page (minimum is 5).

If you use Select all feature, all elements in the list that meet your current search and filter criteria will be selected.

Once you confirm the action, the selected elements will be permanently deleted from the system and cannot be restored.

Emptying the Trash

This is another way to remove elements. The key difference: it removes ALL elements from the selected entity/tool without exception.

Click the Empty trash button.

After this action, the data cannot be restored, so make sure you no longer need any of the elements before proceeding.

✅ Done! The Trash is now completely empty.
