To make your form visually appealing and easy for users to interact with, Uspacy allows you to fully customize its appearance. You can change colors, fonts, field and element display styles, and more — helping to make the form intuitive and user-friendly.
How to customize the design
To customize the design of your form open the Design tab while creating or editing a form. There, you can set all the visual parameters.

Theme and color settings
You can define the color style for both the form and the page it appears on. Select soft pastel tones or bold, contrasting colors — depending on your goal.
🟣Page background color. Defines the background that appears when the form is opened on a standalone page.
You can select from predefined options.
Use a color picker, or enter a specific hex code manually.
💡 You’ll see how the page background looks after publishing the form and opening its link.
🟣Form background. Enable or disable a separate background for the form itself — to either highlight it or blend it into the page.

Button settings
Customize how the form’s submit button looks to match the overall design.
⚙️Color, Text, and Icon are all basic editable components. They cab be customized separately.

🟣Button style. Helps make the button more prominent or subtle, depending on the form’s design. You can see how it looks instantly in the preview.
🟣 Corner radius. It controls how rounded the button corners are.
🟣 Size. Adjusts how big or compact the button is.
🟣 Font size. Defines the size of the button text for readability and emphasis.
🟣Letter spacing. Adjust the spacing between characters to enhance appearance and readability. All changes are immediately visible in the preview.
Field settings
Control how the form fields look and behave for a smooth user experience.
🟣 Field style. This controls the visual appearance of form fields. You can select between fully bordered fields or underlined-only fields. The right style helps the fields blend harmoniously with the overall form design.
You can instantly see how it looks in the live preview.
Note: If you select the Underlined style and disable the “Hide field name” option, the field’s placeholder will not be displayed in the form.
🟣 Field corner radius. Defines how rounded the field corners are — making them appear softer or more defined. Changes are immediately visible in the form preview.
This setting is most noticeable when the Outlined field style is selected.
🟣 Field size. Sets the height and width of each form field, affecting both usability and overall appearance. You can see the changes in real time in the form preview.
🟣 Text size in the field. Controls how large the user input text appears inside the fields. This improves readability and allows the form to adapt to different design styles. The result is instantly visible in the live preview.
🟣 Hide field name option. Allows you to disable the display of the field’s label in the form. This is useful for minimalist designs or when the context or placeholder makes the label unnecessary.
💡 If you use the Outlined field style and activate Hide field name, the placeholder will still be shown.
Additional settings
These options allow you to fine-tune the appearance of the form on the page.
🟣 Form placement on the page. This parameter lets you select how the form is placed on the page — for example, at the top with a slight margin from the browser bar, or centered on the page.
💡 You can preview how this will look once the form is published and opened via its link.
🟣 Uspacy branding option. Enables or disables the Uspacy logo displayed below the form. The result is immediately visible in the form preview.

How does it work?
You need to create or save the form after making changes.
Once you open the form via its link, all your design settings will be applied and visible.
