An email template is a pre-designed email layout you can use for recurring campaigns. It includes a predefined design, allowing you to quickly create new emails without starting from scratch each time. Using templates helps save time — instead of manually creating emails for each campaign, you simply select an existing template and update it with current content.

Another advantage is consistent branding: all your emails follow your company’s style guide, making your communication look more professional.

Templates are also easy to manage — they’re stored in one place, so you always have quick access for editing or reusing them.

In short, email templates in Uspacy help optimize your marketing process, making it faster and more efficient without wasting time on technical details.

Key features of Uspacy email templates

Email template functionality in Uspacy is powered by the Stripo service — a powerful drag-and-drop editor with pre-built blocks, styles, and customization options.

This gives you the ability to:

  • Create email designs without any coding;

  • Use ready-made content blocks to speed up your campaign creation;

  • Enjoy responsive design that automatically adjusts to mobile and desktop screens;

  • Add multimedia content, like images, GIFs, or videos to increase engagement;

  • Test and preview your design and elements before sending, to avoid errors.

🔍 For more information about using the Stripo editor, check out the Stripo Knowledge Base.

How to create an email template?

🌟 Only Workspace administrator and owner can create templates.

The number of available templates depends on your plan:

  • Free — 1 template

  • Standard — 5 templates

  • Professional — Unlimited

To create a template, go to the Marketing section and open the Templates page.

Click the Create button (available in both list and card views).

If this is your first template, select Start from scratch.

If you already have templates, you can reuse one and modify the design or content as needed.

The template editor will open — if it’s your first time, a demo layout will be displayed to help you get started.

💡 You can also create a new template directly while setting up an email campaign.

You can freely edit the structure and individual blocks of your template:

  • Modify text

  • Add images

  • Change colors

  • Adjust styles to match your brand

By the way, you can create and customize your email in both desktop and mobile view. This allows you to instantly make sure the design looks equally convenient for all recipients, regardless of the device they use to open the email.

You also have access to the Stripo code editor, where you can make direct changes to the HTML and CSS of your email.

A preview mode lets you instantly see how your email will look on both desktop (left) and mobile (right), giving you real-time feedback on the final result.

After setting up the email design, all that’s left is to give your template a name (1) and select which Workspace users will have access to view it (2).

Then you have two options:

🟣 Option 1 – Save template.

The creation process ends, and the template opens in Preview mode. From here, you can proceed to create a campaign.

🔍 You can read more about creating campaigns in the Space in this article.

Or return to the Templates page.

All the templates you create will be stored here.

🟣 Option 2 – proceed to another marketing process, that is, Save and create campaign.
