The Uspacy Marketplace is a collection of apps designed to enhance the functionality of your Workspace. Here you’ll find integrations for communication, sales, document management, payments, and automation.
🟣 Uspacy apps are free – there’s no charge for installing or using them. However, they are designed to integrate with third-party services, which may require paid subscriptions (e.g., integration with WhatsApp, Viber, Make, Zapier, or telephony services).
🟣 Third-party apps may include in-app purchases – payment is made directly to the app developer. These developers are Uspacy's partner companies.

🟣 Users can install ready-made apps — creating your own apps within the Workspace interface is not supported.
Where to find the Marketplace?
You can access the Marketplace from the left-hand menu in your Workspace — look for the section with the same name.
Once inside, the interface includes:
App cards
Category switcher
Search bar
Display filters
App categories
Apps are grouped into categories based on their function. You can browse by specific category or select All categories to see the full list.
Available categories:
Telephony – Connect PBX and phone services to CRM. View call logs, make/receive calls, link to CRM entities.

SMS – Send bulk or triggered SMS, use templates, link with CRM.
Sales platforms – Sync products, orders, and statuses with sales platforms and online stores.
Automation – Trigger actions, run workflows, use webhooks within your Workspace.

Website Integration – Automatically create leads and contacts in Uspacy from form submissions.
Analytics – Collect, aggregate, and visualize data from Uspacy.
Document management – Sign and exchange documents electronically.
Delivery services – Manage shipments directly from CRM, print docs and invoices, track deliveries.
Social networks & messengers – Connect channels like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram to External Lines for unified communication.

So click on the category name in the switcher — the page will refresh and show only the relevant apps.
Searching for apps
There are 3 tools that work together to help you find the right app:
🟣 Search – Enter a name or keyword (e.g., "PBX", "Telegram", "payment") to narrow results.
🟣 Categories – Focus search results within a specific category.
🟣 Display – select the criteria and order (sorting) by which the app cards are shown:
By newest– releases first (or vice versa);
By popularity – most frequently installed apps first (or vice versa).
☝🏻 Start by selecting a category, refine with search, and adjust filters as needed.
How to install an app?
Only users with administrator or owner rights in the Workspace can install apps.
Open the Marketplace section. Find the app via search or category.
Open the app card to review its features. Click Get (or install directly from the listing).
💡 For third-party apps, in-app payments (if applicable) are handled post-installation — directly with the developer.
After installation you’ll see the status Installed. The button will change to Configure.
Proceed to the settings section and follow the setup instructions (log in, API keys, webhooks, etc.).
How to remove an app?
Go to the Marketplace and find the installed app (marked with Installed). Click Configure.
Open the interaction menu (top right of the card) and select Delete.
Confirm your action.
After removal, the app card will once again show the Get button.
☝🏻 Note: Deleting an app disconnects it from your Workspace and clears its settings in Uspacy. If the app is linked to a paid third-party service, make sure to cancel the subscription in that external service as well — billing is handled on their side.
