In Uspacy CRM, you can personalize the deals or leads table for specific business processes. Now, field display settings are saved separately for each funnel. This allows you to work with data as conveniently and efficiently as possible. For example, in the “Translations funnel” you can view one set of parameters, while in the “Content creation funnel” – another.

How does it work?
Each funnel in the CRM or direction in Smart Objects has its own table settings. This means that:
🟣 When you open the list of deals (or leads) in a specific funnel, the system displays only the fields saved for that funnel.
🟣 Changes to the table fields in one funnel do not affect the others – each retains its own settings.
🟣 If an administrator or Space owner selects the “Apply to all users” option in a specific funnel, the table view settings apply only to that funnel (or direction in Smart Objects), not to all.
🟣 You can configure the table view for the “All funnels” mode (All Deals, All Leads)/All Directions – this serves as the base template used across all funnels/directions by default.
🟣 If you select the “Apply to all users” option in the “All funnels” mode (All Deals, All Leads), these settings will apply immediately to all funnels of the entity in the Space. The same applies to Smart Objects. Afterwards, you can still customize the table view for each funnel individually, if needed.
🟣 A new funnel/direction automatically receives the settings from the “All funnels”/“All directions” mode, but you can edit them to fit a specific process at any time.
For example:
In the Translations funnel, the table displays the following fields:
Title
Stage
Person responsible
Deal amount
Contacts
Comments
👉 This is convenient for working with translations, as it’s important to see not just the person responsible and deal amount, but also the detailed client comments.
In the Content creation funnel, a different set of fields is configured:
Title
Stage
Deadline
Person responsible
Deal amount
Contacts
Companies
👉 Here, the focus is on task deadlines so the team can plan their time effectively for preparing the content.
As a result, each funnel (or direction) has its own customized set of fields. This allows you to quickly work with the exact data needed for a specific process. Ultimately, the table becomes more convenient and efficient to use.
