To work at Uspacy, we offer you to select one of three available plans.
One of them is completely free and has the basic capabilities of the product to get to know more about it. The other two are commercial and have advanced functionality for more flexible organization of work processes in your company.
Functionality and possibilities of plans
In order to select the right plan, you should first study in detail what opportunities it provides and compare them with the needs of your own company.
Free
It is a plan that helps to get to know Uspacy and provides work in small teams. It contains all the basic features of the product, allows you to streamline collaboration and start organizing the relationship of your company with clients.
The Free plan allows to:
💡 invite up to 5 employees to the Workspace;
💡 communicate with colleagues with the help of the Newsfeed and private chats;
💡 create thematic open working groups, as well as just groups for common interests;
💡 work with tasks, for example, assign them to persons responsible and monitor the process of their completion;
💡 use CRM, namely work with leads, deals, contacts and companies, as well as schedule activities for them;
💡 create and configure roles and permissions;
💡 import your work data from other systems into Uspacy;
💡 have access to the Uspacy Knowledge Base, and the possibility to send a message to the online chat on the site;
💡 install and use a mobile application for communication within the team.
Please note that:
🔐 there is only 1 administrator in Space;
🔐it is not possible to use two-factor authentication (OTP) for additional account protection;
🔐there is only 5 GB for file storage.
🔐 if a Space with a free plan is not used and there is no activity for 90 days non-stop, it will be deleted to optimize resources and improve efficiency.
Standard plan
A good choice for teams that are developing and willing to use modern tools for communication, assigning and monitoring tasks, and the growth of the sales department. It provides convenient work, and makes the company's processes transparent. All support options are available.
The Standard plan, in addition to the possibilities of the Free plan, provides:
💡 the possibility to invite an unlimited number of employees to the Workspace, as well as use a mass invitation;
💡 the option to enable two-factor authentication (OTP) for additional account protection;
💡 communication with colleagues in group chats, as well as makes it possible to create private groups;
💡 the option to configure tables (list of employees, list of tasks, lists of CRM elements);
💡 the possibility to add participants and observers in tasks, as well as work with subtasks;
💡 the option to customize your own custom CRM fields and create up to 5 multifunnels;
💡 the possibility of support in the Space chat and access to technical support.
Also note that:
🔐 there are only 5 administrators in Space;
🔐 there are 100 GB of file storage.
Professional plan
The ideal choice for a company that is ready to take full advantage of all the possibilities of Uspacy — from basic processes to automation tools, from almost unlimited entities to special features. All support possibilities and management tools are available.
Therefore, the Professional plan, in addition to the functionality listed above, allows to:
💡 invite an unlimited number of users to your Space and have an unlimited number of administrators;
💡 create and configure permissions for an unlimited number of Roles;
💡 control and accept the task result;
💡 create an unlimited number of multifunnels in CRM;
💡 use 1000 GB for storing files.
