Can't successfully log in to your Workspace because the password you entered is incorrect? Trying to retry but nothing works?
Or just don't remember the password and don't even want to waste time trying to recall it yourself? Then restore it.
Recovery request
To do this, you must first click on the Forgot password? button on the authorization page.
A password recovery request form will open. It will be necessary to enter the email, which is the login used for this Space.
❗️Please pay attention that you need to enter a full and correct email address. It is necessary to add the domain name of the mailbox server after the @ symbol and enter it without errors. Otherwise, it will not be recognized by the system.
Next, you need to click on the Send button.
After that, a password reset letter will be sent to the specified email address. And the system will display a message about its successful sending. It will also be possible to immediately go to the inbox.
If in the Email field the user specifies an email that is not used as a login for the Space, for example, in the user's profile this email is specified as additional or for mailings, then the letter with the recovery link will not be sent.
Creating a new password
After going to the mailbox and opening the letter, you need to click on the Reset password button.
A page with a form for creating a new password will open. Here you need to:
come up with a new password, taking into account all security requirements.
❗️If the password does not correspond to the required format, the system will notify you and highlight the field in red.
enter the password again.
❗️ If the passwords do not match, the system will notify you.
When all the fields are filled out according to the requirements, you need to click on the Save button.
After that, the password is updated in the system and you go to the authorization page.

What to do if you remember your password, but have already started the process of recovering it?
❗️At any of the stages of password recovery, you can use the Remember your password? button.
This action will redirect to the authorization page, where you can log in to the space using the required login (email) and password.
