If the company has a large number of employees, scrolling through the list until you find the right user is a waste of time.
You can use the search bar at Uspacy. This greatly simplifies work with the list of space users.
The search field is located above the list of employees.
If you need to find a colleague, you just have to start entering, for example, his/her first or last name. The search results will be displayed in the list.
The search is not only based on personal data of users. If you start entering the name of the department, positions, phone number, etc., then the list will show matches according to the specified values.
The search for data takes place in all fields that are available for display in the employee list.
Next, you can view the profile of the found employee by clicking on his/her photo.
Or use the interaction button and select the desired menu item. You can, for example, go to the full profile page or message to a chat.
❗️ Only the administrator or Space owner can edit an employee's data, hand off his/her cases, fire him/her or assign him/her as administrator.
