After firing, the employee no longer has access to Space, but his/her information remains in the system. That is, users can easily find their profile and view the necessary contact information.
Also, if necessary, you can Restore the employee in Space or hand off his/her cases to other persons responsible, if you did not do this during the firing process.
❗️ Only the administrator and users with a certain set of rights have access to such actions.
Where to find fired employees?
Fired users will be displayed along with current employees in the list.
But they will receive the corresponding status in Space.
Interaction menu of a fired employee
A fired employee, as well as an invited or current one, has their own interaction menu. The difference is only in the items it contains.
User profile - enables you to go to the full profile of the user.
Hand off cases - to make another employee responsible for the cases assigned to the fired person.
Restore in Space – rehire and restore the user his/her access to space to continue working in it.

How to hand off cases of fired employees?
Handoff cases will soon be available on commercial plans.
To do this, you need to use the corresponding interaction menu item in the list of employees.
Or directly in the user profile.
After that, a window will open in which you can hand off cases from the fired employee to the new person responsible.

How to restore the access of fired employees to the space?
To do this, you need to find the desired employee in the list and select Restore in Space in his/her interaction menu.
Or go to his/her profile and perform this action there.
After that, the user will be restored in space. He/She will be able to log in using his/her credentials and start working again.

❗️Pay attention! Even if you need to restore several employees in the space at once, you need to do it one by one.
This is because any mass actions with fired users are not possible.
