The new Workspace main page has been transformed into a smart dashboard. Now, when you log in to Uspacy, you don’t just see an interface — you get a ready-made plan for the day: how many tasks, deals, leads, and meetings you have, which tasks should be prioritized, and which events are already scheduled.
The dashboard is powered by AI, pulling data from key Workspace sections (Tasks, Projects, CRM) to provide a daily summary and actionable insights to optimize your workflow.
What is it?
The new Workspace Main page is the central screen users see immediately after logging into Uspacy. Its purpose is to show you what you should focus on today:
A brief summary of scheduled activities;
Tasks to complete, including expired ones;
Upcoming events from the Calendar;
AI-driven insights based on personal activities, CRM data, team performance, and analytics;
Reminders about important dates, such as colleagues’ birthdays.
The Main page does not replace individual sections (Tasks, CRM & sales, Calendar); it consolidates their content in one place so you can start your workday with a complete overview.
💡 The Main page is personalized for each employee: AI selects data according to role and current workload. Information updates once a day, so you see a fresh summary of your schedule every morning.
How it works (typical day scenario)
1. Log into Uspacy and check your workload via “Today you have.” You open the Main page and immediately see a welcome message and a brief summary of your work activities. Check the counters — they show the volume of work across key areas (tasks, deals, leads, meetings, etc.) and also highlight important dates, like colleagues’ birthdays.
2. Review the Workday section. Here are tasks that are waiting to be completed. If needed, open a task card to work on details.
Switch to the Expired section. This shows tasks that were due but haven’t been completed yet.
3. Check the right-hand Calendar section. The mini-calendar and list show your upcoming events with times and participants.
Open the full task card if needed.
By default, the calendar displays the current date, but you can check your schedule for any other day.
4. Explore Today’s insights. Review AI recommendations: it will indicate tasks with urgent deadlines and clients needing special attention. The algorithm analyzes your Workspace data and generates brief suggestions — what to tackle first, which processes are inefficient, and what can be improved. Uspacy positions this AI assistant as a tool that uncovers hidden insights, evaluates deal and team potential, and highlights weak spots in workflows.
5. Don’t forget Important dates. This section lists upcoming colleague birthdays so important personal moments aren’t overlooked in daily tasks. The dashboard reminds you of upcoming celebrations and gives time to prepare a greeting or small gesture.
In summary, the new Workspace Main page is not just a visually appealing screen — it’s a functional dashboard that gathers your “map of the day”: key tasks, meetings, CRM status, and AI insights. Use it as your starting point: first glance at “Today you have,” then work with the “Workday” task cards, check the calendar, and follow the AI recommendations.
