Every book has a content, right? That is, we can form an idea about how it is structured and find out how many sections, parts or chapters it has. And also quickly go to them, using the indication of the pages on which they are located.
The same is with the main page. It helps to get an idea of how the Space is constructed and learn what tools you can work with here and how to quickly access them.
Also, at Uspacy, the main page is the place where the users get every time they successfully log in to the system. Its main goal is to provide a maximum of useful information about updates in the company since the last time you have entered the space.
Top menu
At the top of the page is a block containing:
Search field. If you click on it, a global data search window will open.

Chat. When clicking, the user's chat window opens, where you can start a conversation or view unread messages.

Notification. If you click on this icon, a list of user notifications will open. Now they inform about creating tasks or making changes to them.
User's photo. If you click on it, the interaction menu will open.
At the top, the user's name and position, if specified in the profile, are displayed.
And the items of interaction include user profile, the possibility to change personal settings, visit our Knowledge base and contact the support team (FAQ) or log out the Workspace.
Left menu
This is a list of all sections of Space, which contain the main tools for work.
At this stage, there are 8 main sections in the left menu. Some of them have a branched structure, that is, they combine several tools.
For example, the Company and people section involves working with the List of employees, the company structure and Chats.
In CRM and sales, you can work with Leads, Deals, Contacts, Companies, Activities and Call logs.
And finally, the Settings section provides access to General Space settings, sections settings, Migrations, and Roles and permissions.
❗️Please note that some sections are displayed in the Left menu only for those users who are administrators or have the corresponding access level.
In addition, the Left menu contains a link to go to the Uspacy support site.

Newsfeed
It has the main part of the Main page of the space and is a kind of tool for tracking the company's news. Here you can post both important announcements and greetings to colleagues, discuss work issues or share files and videos.
The newsfeed consists of two elements. The first is a field for creating a new message. And the second - posts published by users with comments on them.

💡 To return to the Main page or go to the Newsfeed from any other page of Space, you can use not only the section in the menu, but also click on the Uspacy logo in the upper left corner.
As a result, a page with all the latest posts, current changes and comments will open.
Widgets
It is located on the right side of the Main page. It reminds about colleagues' birthdays.
When colleagues specify the dates of their birthdays in their profiles, then here you can see the nearest ones and do not forget to congratulate them on this day.
