How to create and publish a post in the Newsfeed?

Here we will tell you how to add a new post, select its recipients, attach the necessary files to it and publish it in the Newsfeed

The newsfeed is one of the tools that helps users of the space interact with each other.

You can share information and discuss work issues not only in chats😉. Create theme posts and publish them in the newsfeed, and colleagues can join the conversation in the comments.

New post creation form

At the top of the newsfeed there is a separate field called What would you like to share?

After clicking on it, the post creation form opens.

Title and description

Come up with a title and add the main text for your post.

You can edit the text for your message using a convenient editor.

Recipients

In the To field, you can specify who will be the recipient of the message. By default, the recipients of the post are all users of Space.

But you can click on the field and manually find the necessary employees and select them as recipients.

Mood

You can specify your feelings when you are creating and publishing your post. This will help other employees feel your emotional state.

So, select from the list the mood in which you are at the moment.

This will make your text more emotional 😉.

Attached files

You can also add the files you need to the post. To do this, you can simply drag them to the designated area.

Or click and upload via file explorer on your PC.

Of course, it can be deleted if necessary. To do this

click on the cross.

Post publication

When the message for colleagues is ready, all fields are filled out, you can click on Publish it.

After that, the post will appear in the Newsfeed of those users to whom it is addressed, as well as the author.

Now colleagues can comment and like your post 👍🏻
