It is very convenient when, in the process of working on the deal, you can enter the client's data and create a contact based on it. That is, when you don't need to switch between cards of different entities, adding them to your base.

It's really convenient, that's why this option is also implemented in CRM Uspacy.

How to do it?

In the deal card, go to the editing mode of the block or individual field Contacts.

💡 You can also add a contact in this way when creating a new element (deal, company).

Next, you can fill out the Contacts field with data that is available in the CRM database. Or create a New contact.

To do this, you need to click on the appropriate button.

The form for creating a new contact will open.

Then you just need to fill it out.

💡 Just like in the full creation form for a contact, you can add several phone numbers and email addresses.

Then just exit the editing mode. As a result, the field is filled out with the data of the newly created contact.

And by clicking on the name, you can go to its card.

Since filling out the Contact field in the deal actually means connection to the element (the deal is connected to a specific contact from your client base), this link will also be displayed in the contact card.

Of course, the newly created contact will be available in the general contact list of your CRM at once.

🔍 You can read more about adding contacts using the full creation form and by converting leads in the following article.
