We will talk about another way to add companies to your client base in CRM - quick creation using the deal card/contact card

It is very convenient when, in the process of working on a deal, you can enter the client's data and create a company based on it at once. That is, when you don't need to switch between cards of different entities, adding them to your base.

It's really convenient, that's why this option is also implemented in CRM Uspacy.

How to do it?

In the deal card, go to the editing block or individual Company field.

💡 You can add companies in this way even when creating a new element (deal, contact).

Next, you can fill out the Company field with data that is already available in the CRM database. Or create a New company.

To do this, you need to click on the appropriate button.

A form for creating a new company will open.

Then you just need to fill it out.

💡 In the full form of creation for the company, you can add several phone numbers and email addresses.

Then just exit the editing mode. As a result, the field will be filled out with the data of the newly created company.

And by clicking on the company name, you can go to its card.

Since filling out the Company field in the deal actually means connecting to the element (the deal is connected with a specific company from your client base), this connection will also be displayed in the company card.

Of course, the newly created company will be available in the general list of companies in your CRM at once.
