To successfully import your data, you first need to complete the preparatory steps on the Hubspot side, and then start the migration to Uspacy. There are four main steps you need to follow.
💡 But before that, please check the relevance of the data that will be imported from Hubspot. This will speed up the migration process to Uspacy.
Step 1. Get an API token to access Hubspot
To do this, first log in to the service.
Next, go to settings by clicking on the gear in the top menu.
Then open the section Integrations - Private Apps and on the page that opens, click on the Create private app button.

You need to create an application. Name it and describe it, and give it access to the data to be imported.
💡 CRM elements (deals, contacts, companies, activities) and employees can be migrated from Hubspot to Uspacy. For a full migration, it is necessary that the application has access to the following items (they must be specified in the Scopes tab).
As a result of creating the application, you will see a confirmation window and an access token. It needs to be copied.
💡The token can also be found in the Auth tab when viewing the application settings.
Step 2. Start the migration process to Uspacy
In your Uspacy space, in which you plan to work with the data imported from Hubspot, in the side menu, find the section Settings - the item Import and migrations.
From the available systems to migrate from, select Hubspot and click Start migration.
In the window that opens, in the API token field, insert the Hubspot token and click the Authorize button.
Step 3: Select the entities to be imported to Uspacy
On the Data Preparation tab, tick exactly what you want to import from your Hubspot CRM. These can be:
activities
companies
contacts
deals
employees
💡 Employees always migrate. Users will not be able to remove the check box from this item.
Step 4. Start the migration process
To do this, just click on the Start migration button.
Now just wait for the import to complete to start working with your data at Uspacy.
To successfully log in and start working in Space, users whose data was also transferred during the migration need to recover passwords for their accounts.
That is, follow all the same steps as in the situation when you simply forgot your password.
