A template is a certain set of fields that must be filled out when creating billing details.

The template takes into account the country (1) where the activity is carried out as well as the legal aspects, i.e. which data characterizes a legal entity or sole proprietor (2), and which data characterizes an individual entity (2).

All available billing details templates are stored on the Settings - General page, Billing details block - Templates tab.

💡Only the administrator and super administrator of Space has access to the settings.

Features of use

The template becomes available for use, that is, it can be selected from the list when creating billing details of both your own Space and client billing details, if they are available on the settings page.

If the template is not available, it can be easily added. To do this, first click on the Create on the basis of button.

And then select the desired template from among the offered ones.

It will be added to the general list at once and It can be used to create sets of billing details.

Deletion features

Of course, every template can be removed from the system. To do this, click on the button to call the interaction menu with the desired template and select the Delete item.

These actions require additional consent.

The template will then be removed from the system. But:

🟣 the billing details of the Space created on its basis will be available and will not disappear. They can be used in the future, they will just receive the appropriate mark.

It will be impossible to add payment details for the billing details based on the deleted template.

🟣 Client billing details (company or contact) created on the basis of the deleted template will be available and will not disappear. They can be used in the future in CRM. But it will be impossible to add new payment details.
