You can work with your emails directly in Space. This includes not only receiving and processing incoming emails, but also responding to them.
That is, you do not need to go to your service to write an email to the client. You can do it in Space. Just go to the Communication center - Email and use the Message button.
The form for creation a new email
It appears in the lower left corner and does not take up much space. It contains standard fields for the form of creating a new outgoing message.
For convenience, the form can be stretched to the entire area of the working page. To do this, click on the corresponding button in the right corner of the form.
In addition, there are two more function buttons in the left corner of the form.
The first one collapses the window.
The second - closes the form completely. You need to click Message to call it again.
☝🏻The difference between a collapsed window and a complete closing of the form is that the content of the message is preserved. The first option does not delete text, filled fields and attached files. But the second completely clears the form for creating a message.

Writing an email
It involves filling out the standard fields. Such as:
🟣 To - the direct recipient (recipients) of the email. In this field you need to enter the email addresses of the recipients.
💡In addition, you can use the Copy or Hidden copy options if you need to add so-called "observers" to your email.
🟣 The subject is the title of your email, its main idea.
🟣 The text is the body of the email, its main part.
🟣 Attached files can be both images and some documents. Click on the paper clip icon. Then drag or upload the files from your computer.
Sending an email
When all the fields of the new outgoing email are filled out, it remains to send it.
But if more than one mailbox is connected in your Space, then first select which one you will send the email from. That is, which email will be the addressee.
By default, the mailbox you are working with is specified.
But, of course, you can change the mailbox and select the desired one from the list.
💡Mailboxes that are connected both personally by you and those to which access has been granted will be listed here.
Now let’s send an email. To do this, just click on the corresponding button in the lower right corner of the form.
Done! If the email is sent successfully, it will be in the Sent folder. If not (for example, due to an unstable Internet connection or the recipient's mail system is not available), then - to the Outbox folder.
