Analytics is the collection of information that will be useful for evaluating the efficiency and productivity of the company as a whole and of each individual employee.

Analytics at Uspacy is based on sales data, speaking in the context of CRM, as well as activities and tasks that arise when organizing work processes.

It is designed to optimize, improve and constantly develop both client relations and help find new business solutions in general.

How does Analytics work?

All work with analytical reports takes place in a separate section of Space - Analytics.

There are two separate panels, Company rhythm and My productivity. These are sets of reports on certain key indicators.

After going to the Analytics section, the system will automatically show the current data. Report categories depend on the selected Analytics panel.

For example, a Space administrator or owner can view the total number of new leads or deals won for the company as a whole using Company rhythm.

Each individual employee can monitor the number of their own raw leads or expired tasks in the My productivity panel.

Company rhythm

It allows you to see the overall picture of the business functioning as a whole. This includes the monitoring of key indicators, the data of which can be used to track strengths and weaknesses in the work processes, study the client base, and the level of productivity of all employees. And then, based on this, think of ways to improve or encourage, confirm the correctness or falsity of your business strategy.

To view the indicators in the reports, first select the desired period.

The system will automatically generate and display the result. So, here’s the list of data that can be monitored and analyzed using the Company rhythm panel.
