In Uspacy, besides the two default analytics panels that contain sets of reports based on key performance indicators, you can also create your own custom panels and customize their appearance.

🌟 The ability to create custom analytics panels is only available on the Professional plan.

More details about pricing plans and features are available on this page of the website.

How to create your custom analytics panel?

To do this, first click the panel switcher, then click the + new panel button.

🌟 Only the Space owner or an administrator can create analytics panels. Other users with permissions will only be able to switch between existing panels — they won't see the button for creating a new one.

A form will open where you first need to enter a name for the panel. This field is required, but the name can be selected according to your preference.

Then, set permissions, specifically:

🟣 Assign an owner – this can be the person creating the panel (this user will be selected by default), or another owner or administrator.

🟣 Specify who can edit the panel (i.e., modify report parameters and the panel appearance) – this can only be a Space owner or administrator.

🟣 Specify who can view the panel – this can be any Space user.

Finally, select the reports you want to include on the analytics panel as widgets. To do this, toggle the switches next to each desired report to the active position.

Then just click Save.

After this, your newly created analytics panel is ready for viewing.

How to customize your analytics panel?

💡 Only the panel owner or a user with editing permissions can do this.

You can change the position of each report widget on the panel. Just click and hold the special handle icon (six dots) and drag the widget to the desired place.

You can also change the size of the widget that contains the report.

💡 The available size limits depend on the type of chart used in the report.

It’s possible to add additional reports to the panel as well. To do this, click Add widget and select the desired one from the list.

After that, the report will appear as a widget on the panel.

💡 Additionally, if you specify a panel while creating a new report, it will automatically appear there as a widget.

You can also adjust the position and size of the new widget as needed.

How to configure your analytics panel settings?

💡 Only the panel owner or a user with editing permissions can do this.

First, open the panel switcher and hover over the desired panel. A gear icon will appear.

Clicking it will open the settings window. Here you can perform the same actions as when creating the panel, such as changing the set of reports displayed as widgets.

If you switch a report's toggle to the inactive position, it will immediately disappear from the panel.

You can also rename the panel and adjust user permissions.

How to duplicate your analytics panel?

If needed, first go to the panel settings.

Then open the interaction menu and click Duplicate.

The duplicated panel (marked as "copy") will open for viewing. It will contain the same reports as the original panel at the moment the copy was created.

How to delete your analytics panel?

First, go to the panel settings.

Then open the interaction menu and click Delete.

After that, confirm your action.

As a result, your analytics panel will be deleted. However, the reports it contained will remain in the system, and you can use them in your other analytics panels.
