Once you’ve created a meeting schedule, you can share the link to it or embed it on your website.
As a result, clients who follow the link will be able to select a suitable time and book it for a meeting.
Then, they’ll fill out the personal information form.
And Сonfirm their booking.
Clients will receive a confirmation email with the meeting details.
In your Workspace, a new activity will automatically be scheduled.
The activity will be named using your booking schedule’s title combined with the client’s name provided in the form.
The activity duration will match the one you set in the schedule settings, and the event’s date and time will correspond to what the client selected.
If the schedule settings specify that a lead should also be created based on a new booking, it will automatically be linked to the activity. The lead card fields will be filled out with the personal data provided by the client in the booking form.
