Received an important email from a client or colleague and don’t want to lose it among other emails? Uspacy allows you to instantly convert an email into a task. Artificial intelligence helps automatically generate the title, description, and even transfer existing CRM links. This saves time and simplifies team organization.
In other words, this feature allows you to create a task directly from an email. AI automatically generates the title and description, and transfers the necessary CRM links.
How does it work?
Open the Email section and select the desired email. Click the Create a task button (available in the top panel of the email).
💡 If the email is part of a thread, the task will be created based only on the last message in the conversation.
Then, AI technology steps in. Once the task creation form opens, you'll see:
🟣 Title field – the subject of the email;
🟣 Description field – text generated by AI based on the content of the email;
🟣 Task creator and person responsible – the user who is creating the task;
🟣 Participants – all users who have access to the mailbox are automatically added;

🟣 CRM connections – the task will automatically include CRM elements (deals, leads, companies, contacts) that were associated with the email;

Of course, you can edit the title, description, priority, add participants , observers, or groups, etc. Once you’ve entered all necessary information, click Create a task to save it.
As a result, the task will appear in the general Tasks list.
It will also be displayed in the related CRM elements (e.g., in the deal or company).
Creating a task from an email using AI significantly simplifies routine work. Instead of copying text or coming up with it “from scratch,” you get a pre-filled form that only needs to be reviewed and saved.
