Uspacy has received an updated design that makes the workspace more modern, lighter, and more pleasant for everyday use. Gradient backgrounds, translucent “glass-like” blocks, and an improved accent color system create a cohesive style and help you stay more focused on your work.
🟣 Updated gradient background. The main visual change is the soft gradient background that replaces the solid-color fill.
It adds depth and makes the interface feel more “alive.” The gradient adapts to the selected accent color, keeping the overall visual style harmonious.
The accent color is a key design element that influences the background tint, button appearance, highlights, and decorative elements.
You can change it in two places:
1. Workspace general settings
Available to administrators and the Workspace owner. Changing the accent color here updates the appearance for the entire Workspace — all users see the new style immediately.
2. User personal settings
Each user can set their own accent color. This doesn’t affect anyone else — only their personal interface.
💡 A reminder: all personal settings initially inherit the system defaults — the ones configured in the Workspace’s general settings.
This means that once a user changes and saves their own accent color, that setting no longer follows the system defaults and works as a personal preference.
If a user hasn’t changed their accent color, it automatically stays synced with the general Workspace settings.

🟣 Glass-style interface effect
The glass-like effect in Uspacy’s updated design is created through a combination of translucent panels, soft blurring, and light gradients that resemble frosted glass layered over a colored background. Interface blocks appear separated from the background while still remaining part of the overall visual composition.
This style is clearly visible across all main elements: side panels, top navigation, cards, and functional blocks. Thanks to subtle shadows and rounded corners, these elements look more dimensional and “airy,” while their content remains clear and well-structured. This approach makes the interface modern, soft, and comfortable to use — keeping the focus on important information without harsh contrasts.
Overall, Uspacy’s updated design not only refreshes the visual appearance but also makes the interface friendlier, more modern, and more personalized.
