The end of the year is a time for reflection and planning, but at Uspacy we don’t pause product development: the team continues to release updates, refine details, and lay the foundation for an incredibly powerful year ahead.

🟣 Quick replies for External Channels — an effective tool for saving time on replies to common questions. Create templates for your most frequent responses and use them with one click in chats on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, and your website widget.

🟣 Fixed multi-chat linking issue — we’ve resolved a problem where multiple external channel chats couldn’t be correctly linked to the same lead. Now the system properly handles situations where one client reaches out across different communication channels while preserving the full history in one place.

🟣 Advanced task filters — a radical new level of flexibility when working with tasks! You can now use a variety of match operators like equals, does not equal, is filled, is not filled, contains, does not contain, etc. You can also group fields in filter sets and apply your own logical AND/OR operators between them. This enables highly precise and complex task queries.

🟣 Task filters updated in the mobile app — an important step toward balancing features between the mobile and web versions of Uspacy. The mobile app now supports custom fields and saved filters from the browser, so you can work with tasks effectively even on the go.

🟣 Mobile app language settings — you can now change the app language directly in its settings, independently of your device’s system language.

🟣 New product custom field filter — this lets you filter products not only by standard parameters but also by any custom fields you’ve created, making it especially useful for unique items in your catalog.
