If you don't have a code and can't log in to the space, there are several ways to regain access to your account.

The first way

1. Install the authenticator application that you use to generate codes on another mobile.

For your safety, install it only on the mobile that you personally use. Otherwise, your account could be accessed by someone who also uses this device.

2. Manually enter the code (secret key) into the application, which you should have saved in a safe place, as recommended in the article on enabling two-factor authentication.

3. Enter the six-digit code generated by the application in the required field on the two-factor authentication page.

The second way

Contact your space administrator to disable (suspend) two-factor authentication for your account.

Once the space administrator has done this, go through the normal authorization process and re-enable OTP in your profile. To enable everything correctly, use our article on How to enable two-factor authentication.

If you have access to the space, you are authorized, but you need to link a new mobile device to the account, then you need to go to your own profile on the Security tab. And disable two-factor authentication:

And then re-enable and link with the new mobile device, following all the steps described in the article about How to enable two-factor authentication.
