Here we will tell you which security elements can help to additionally protect the user profile

Uspacy provides each user with the option to additionally protect their accounts. They can:

  • change password;

  • set up two-factor authentication (soon this option will be available for commercial plans).

In order to manage security settings, you need to click on the functional tab of the same name in the profile. After that, the corresponding information blocks with settings will be displayed.

❗️Only the account owner and space administrator have access to this tab.

Password change

If the owner of the profile wants to create a different, for example, a more reliable password, he/she can change it at any time.

The following four steps will help do this:

  1. enter the old password

  2. come up with a new one;

  3. repeat it in the field below;

  4. apply changes by clicking on the appropriate button.

After that, a new password will be set for the account, which you must use when logging in.

❗️The administrator CANNOT change user passwords, but he/she has the option of sending a password reset letter to the email of the profile owner.
