Status displays the progress and readiness of the task. With its help, you can determine whether users are in the process of planning it, performing it, or have completed work on it.

❗️ The status cannot be set manually. It’s needed to automatically fix the state of the task by the system.

Statuses change according to certain triggers. They are:

  • Not scheduled (gray color) - creation of a task without a deadline, the disappearance of the task deadline before performing it.

  • Scheduled (yellow-hot color) - creation of a task with a deadline, the deadline appears before performing it.

  • In progress (3) (blue color) - pressing the Start button (1) in the task card.

❗️When the task is completed, it can be Suspended or Completed (2).

  • Stopped (3) (red color) - pressing the Suspend button (1) in the task card.

❗️As a result, you can start this task again or complete it (2).

  • Ready for review (2) (purple color ) – pressing the Complete button (1) in case that the Control after completion option is active.

🔍 You can read more about how to accept the results of tasks in the following article.

  • Done (3) (green color) – clicking the Complete button (1) anywhere in the interface where it is placed, in case that the Control after completion option is inactive.

❗️Such a task can be restored again (2), thereby returning it to the status it was before the completion.
