At Uspacy, when creating or editing tasks, you can activate the Control after completion option. This will help the task creator to simplify the process of checking the results of the work. It is enough for them to use the filter and see which tasks are completed and ready for the final control.

🔍 You can read more about the work of filters in tasks in the following article.

How to activate?

When creating a new task or in the form of editing an existing one, you can put a tick next to the Control after completion item.

Next, Create a task or Save changes, depends on which stage of work with it you activate this option.

🔍 You can read more about adding new tasks in the following article.

And about their editing in this article.

How does it work?

After creating a task, it appears in the list of tasks and the person responsible can start working with it.

When everything planned is done, just click the Complete button.

The task automatically receives the status Ready for review. And the task creator can check it.

The task creator can Accept the result of work.

Then the task automatically completes and receives the status Done.

Or the task creator can Reject the result of work.

Then the task will receive the status Scheduled (if a deadline was specified for it) or Unscheduled (if no deadline was specified).

Note that this scenario only works if the task is completed by the person responsible or participant.

If the task creator does this, the task is considered completed and receives the Done status.
