Features of work
At Uspacy, telephony works through integrations with specialized services. In the Marketplace section there are free applications that, after installation and configuration, will allow you to call or receive calls from clients.
💡 Payment for telephony services is made on the service side.
You can get to know more about Ringostat plans and prices here.
For the successful work of Ringostat telephony, it is necessary to configure initial settings both at Uspacy and Ringostat. After that, it remains to install a special extension for Google Chrome to make and receive outgoing calls on any browser pages, including your Uspacy Space.

Step 4. Matching extension phone numbers to employees and creating SIP accounts
Step 4. Matching extension phone numbers to employees and creating SIP accounts
In order for several employees to be able to work with telephony, they need to create profiles, SIP accounts, match extension numbers and invite them to your project on Ringostat.
You can do this in the General settings - Employees section.
Add the required users and assign them extension numbers.
Then create separate SIP accounts for them to work with telephony.
🔍 You can read more about inviting employees, matching internal numbers to them and creating SIP accounts in the Ringostat knowledge base ➡️ HERE.
❗️Pay attention
The SIP account name of the employee will be used for Uspacy settings.
And the login and password from the employee's SIP account - to log in to the Ringostat Smart Phone extension.
Step 5. Webhook forwarding number
Step 5. Webhook forwarding number
If you want calls to go first to the operator who is responsible for a specific lead or entity (i.e. contact or company), this should also be specified in the settings.
First, in the Virtual PBX - Webhook number section, you need to add a forwarding Webhook number. This will allow the forwarding direction to be obtained from an external resource, i.e. Uspacy, depending on the parameters of the incoming call.
Form fields must be filled out when creating this redirect webhook. It can be divided into two blocks. First:
The fields Request method, Data submission type, Data import type and Name in response for destination ( for JSON) must be filled as in the screenshot above ⬆️.
In the URL field you need to paste the link copied from the settings page of the Ringostat application in your Uspacy Space.
The fields Name and Timeout in seconds can be optional.
The second block is the parameters that are sent to Uspacy. The fields here must be filled out according to the example ⬇️
After setting up the webhook, you need to Save it.
🔍 You can read more about the Webhook number in the Ringostat knowledge base article.
Next, go to the Virtual PBX - Forwarding section.
Click on the Create new forwarding scheme button to set the parameters of the incoming call forwarding scenario you need.
For example, you can build such a scheme.
It will work in such a way: when there is an incoming call, it will first look for the lead or entity in the CRM to which the number is assigned. If one is found and the operator is the person responsible, the call will be forwarded to him/her. In case there is no answer, the call is forwarder to each of the operators one by one.
🔍 You can read more about forwarding schemes in the Ringostat knowledge base.
Uspacy settings
In the Marketplace section, there is the free Ringostat application, which, after its installation and additional settings, will allow you to call clients or receive calls from them.
Step 2. Connection status
Step 2. Connection status
In this settings block, you will only need to enter the API key (Auth Key), which was generated in the Ringostat.
In addition, if you plan to set up (or have already set up) call forwarding in Ringostat to any number or other telephony connected in Space, and you do not want these forwarded calls to be saved in the CRM, please check the option Do not receive transit calls.
And click Check connection.
As a result, the connection status should change.
💡 The Uspacy webhook field is a default field and does not need to be filled out. Its value has already been used when creating Ringostat outgoing webhooks.
Step 3. Integration with CRM
Step 3. Integration with CRM
As a result of processing both outgoing and successful incoming calls, leads in CRM will be created. They can be processed and converted into deals, companies or contacts later.
An activity will be created only on the basis of a missed call from a known number in the corresponding company or contact card.
❗️A selection of other entities will be available soon.
Step 4. Matching phone numbers
Step 4. Matching phone numbers
At Uspacy, you also need to specify an additional phone number for each responsible employee, which is already configured in Ringostat. First, click Add.
Next, in the Employees field, select a user from the list. In the Extension number or line value field, enter the extension line that was matched to the Ringostat employee.
💡To save everything, be sure to click on the checkmark when adding settings for each individual user.

Work with telephony
After that, you can start working with Ringostat telephony directly at Uspacy - making or receiving calls from clients.
☎️ All calls (incoming, outgoing and missed) will be saved on the Call log page. Here you can process calls, for example, listen to recordings of conversations or go to the card of the related CRM entity.
💡It is available only on commercial plans.
On the call log page, you can immediately process calls, for example, listen to the recordings of conversations or go to the card of the related CRM entity.
🙌🏻 Please note that conversation recordings are usually added with a delay of 10-15 minutes. And if the call was long, the delay may be a little longer.
Conversation records will be contained in the CRM card as well, in its right part, under the activity filter, where the history of interaction with the element is displayed.
