There are four main steps you need to follow to successfully import your data.
💡 But before that, please check the relevance of the data that will be imported from AMO. This will speed up the migration process to Uspacy.
In addition, you must have an active commercial plan for AMO to transfer data successfully. Since the service blocks work with API on a free plan, an error will occur when starting the migration.
Step 1. Authorize your AMO account
In order to successfully import data, you need:
log in to the AMO portal using the administrator account;
be sure to use VPN services.
Step 2. Start the migration process at Uspacy
In your Uspacy space, in which you plan to work with the data imported from AMO, in the side menu, find the section Settings - the item Migrations.
From the possible systems to migrate from, select AMO and click Start migration.
In the window that opens, click the Install integration button.
Next, select the account from which you want to import data.
If step 1 was completed successfully, the desired account should be available in the list. Then, click Allow.
Step 3: Select the entities to be imported to Uspacy
On the Data preparation tab, tick exactly what you want to import from your AMO portal. These can be:
deals;
contacts;
companies;
employees
Step 4. Start the migration process
To do this, just click on the Start migration button.
Now just wait for the import to complete to start working with your data at Uspacy.
To successfully log in and start working in Space, users whose data was also imported during the migration need to recover passwords from their accounts.
That is, follow all the same steps as in the situation when you forgot your password.
🔍 You can read more about password recovery in the following article.
