To successfully import your data, you first need to complete the preparatory steps at Pipedrive, and then start the migration to Uspacy. So, there are four main steps you need to follow.
💡 But before that, please check the relevance of the data that will be imported from Pipedrive. This will speed up the migration process to Uspacy.
Step 1. Get access token in Pipedrive
To do this, first log in to the service.
Next, go to your Personal preferences.
In the API tab you will find the necessary token for further migration to Uspacy. Copy it.
Step 2. Start the migration process to Uspacy
In your Uspacy space, in which you plan to work with the data imported from Pipedrive, in the side menu, find the section Settings - the item Import and migrations.
From the possible systems to migrate from, select Pipedrive and click Start Migration.
In the window that opens, in the API token field, insert the token copied in Pipedrive and click the Authorize button.
Step 3: Select the entities to be imported into Uspacy
On the Data preparation tab, tick exactly what you want to import from your Pipedrive CRM. These can be:
activities
companies
contacts
deals
employees
Step 4. Start the migration process
To do this, just click on the Start migration button.
Just wait for the import to complete to start working with your data at Uspacy.
To successfully log in and start working in Space, users whose data was also imported during the migration need to recover passwords from their accounts.
That is, follow all the same steps as in the situation when you simply forgot your password.
