August has been a month of interface improvements and feature upgrades in Uspacy, along with the launch of powerful AI-based functionalities. Just a few days ago, we held a major webinar summarizing the past six months of work, where we showcased important updates and features, introduced 4 new Uspacy tools, and answered user questions.
🟣 Subscription expiry warning banner. Now, every workspace features a warning banner about the subscription expiration. This is a convenient and noticeable tool for timely notifications. Yellow banner indicates it’s time to generate and pay the invoice to renew your Uspacy subscription.
If you see a red banner, it means your subscription has ended, and access to Uspacy's commercial features is lost.

🟣 Dynamic width in Company structure tree. A practical improvement for companies with complex organizational hierarchies. Column widths now automatically adjust to screen sizes, making hierarchy viewing more convenient and readable. We’ve also updated the list view of the Company structure.

🟣 Files in Activities. A helpful addition to event scheduling. Now, you can attach files to each scheduled activity — presentations for meetings, documents for discussion, training materials, etc.
We've also added a feature to restore activities. Previously, completed activities were final — now, you can reopen and continue working on them. Perfect for meetings that were canceled but need to be rescheduled or resumed later.

🟣 Manager name display in Telegram and Viber chats. An important upgrade for teams with multiple staff managing the same communication channels. Now clients can see exactly which manager is responding — making interactions more personalized and transparent.
🟣 Text case modifiers in Documents. A technical but handy addition to the Document Generator. You can now automatically change text case: convert to uppercase, lowercase, or capitalize each word — providing more flexibility in document formatting.
