Three weeks ago, we celebrated 1,000 days since the launch of Uspacy and introduced major product updates. Our team has already started implementing these changes, yet they represent only a portion of our November releases.
🟣 The new design of the main page — an AI-powered workspace dashboard that completely transforms the start of your workday! Now, when you open Uspacy, you’ll see a summary of everything scheduled for today, broken down into tasks, deals, and leads. Upcoming events are shown separately, along with smart insights that offer suggestions to improve your workflows. Everything is designed to help you stay focused on what matters most and start your day as productively as possible!
🟣 You may have already noticed Uspacy’s new design. A gradient background, refined “glass-like” UI elements, and many thoughtful refinements give your workspace a fresh, modern, and stylish look.
🟣 The mobile app update is an important part of Uspacy’s evolution. The new main page with key actions and the updated design now provide a unified user experience across all your devices!
🟣 The Request log — a convenient tool for admins and support managers. It provides a complete list of all client chats, showing who is responsible for each conversation, which channel the client used, and allowing you to quickly open and manage any chat.

🟣 Custom fields in Task filters, recently added to Uspacy, now allow you to filter tasks not only by standard parameters but also by any custom fields you’ve created. This makes finding the right tasks more flexible than ever.

🟣 Analytics based on UTM tags — a long-awaited feature for marketers and sales leaders! You can now build detailed reports on the effectiveness of different advertising channels and campaigns using UTM tags that come in with leads. This provides clear visibility into the performance of each source and helps optimize marketing budgets.

🟣 Fixes to deal and lead amount calculations in Kanban columns when filters are applied ensure accurate analytics. Now, total amounts in Kanban correctly reflect all filters, giving you a precise view of your funnel potential at every stage.

🟣 The ability to upload photos and logos for contacts and companies is a visual enhancement that makes working with the CRM more personalized and enjoyable. You can now add contact photos and company logos, helping you navigate your client base faster.
🟣 Filtering by ID (record number) in CRM entities is a valuable tool for working with large databases. You can now select specific ranges such as “first 1,000 contacts” or “third ten thousand leads,” which is especially useful for analyzing database growth or performing mass actions on targeted segments.
🟣 We’ve also significantly improved data export in the CRM for companies with large datasets. Even massive client databases can now be exported without issues, limits, or failures. Your data is always ready for analysis, backups, or migration.
