Two-factor authentication (OTP) is one of the components of the additional protection and security of the Uspacy user account.

If two-factor authentication is obligatory in the general settings of the Space, or if the user has enabled it at his/her own will, then after clicking the Login button, the user will be redirected to the additional verification page.

🔍 You can read more about the general steps that need to be taken to authorize in the Workspace in the following article.

After the stage of successful verification of authorization data and login using a login and password, the user goes to a page where he/she needs to enter a special security code from the authentication application.

This code must contain 6 characters. You can find it in the application that was installed on the smartphone when enabling the two-factor authorization for the user profile.

This six-digit code must be entered in the Security code field. After that, click on the Continue button.

If the code is entered without errors, the system will successfully complete this verification stage and the user will go to the workspace.

❗️ If the code is incorrect, the system will notify you about it. The user will need to generate the code and enter it once again.

🔍 What to do if There is no code? You can read about this in the following article.
