Integrate IP telephony from Binotel into your CRM system and optimize the work of the company's sales department.

To ensure a high level of client service, you need to stay in touch with them all the time. The use of IP telephony will help to organize this process, and will also increase the sales.

Features of work

At Uspacy, telephony works with the help of integrations with specialized services. In the Marketplace section there are free applications that, after their installation and configuration, will allow you to call clients or receive calls from them.

💡 Payment for telephony services is made on the service side.

You can get to know more about the plans and prices of Binotel here.

For the successful work of Binotel telephony, it is necessary to configure initial settings both at telephony and Uspacy. After that, install a special extension for Google Chrome to make and receive incoming and outgoing calls on any browser pages, including your Uspacy Space.

About everything below ⬇️

Binotel settings

Step 1. Request to connect Binotel telephony

The first thing to do is to contact Binotel IP telephony support. To do this, you need to send a message to the online chat on their official website.

A Binotel specialist will contact you. You will be able to agree on all issues related to connection, plan and payment for telephony services.

Step 2. API Key, API Secret and outgoing webhooks

To successfully integrate Binotel telephony with your Uspacy Space, you need to get the API Key and API Secret and configure the outgoing webhooks.

Binotel support will help you again with this. Send a message at [email protected].

In the email, add a request for data to connect to Uspacy, namely API Key and API Secret.

In addition, note that you need to configure the operation of two webhooks: API CALL SETTINGS and API CALL COMPLETED. Provide the webhook copied from the settings page of Binotel Uspacy app to the technical support specialists.

💡If you previously used the application in your Space, then deleted it and reinstalled it, contact Binotel telephony service support to reconfigure the webhooks and resubmit the copied link from the Uspacy webhook field.

This will ensure that call information in the Binotel system is transferred to your CRM.

☝🏻Also, if you plan to use UTM tags, be sure to mention this when contacting Binotel support. The service specialists will make the necessary call-tracking setup.

Step 3. Lines and persons responsible for them

The next steps are carried out in Binotel's personal account. Therefore, you must first log in on the authorization page. To do this, enter the email and password used during registration and when connecting to Binotel.

In order for several employees to be able to work with telephony, you need to have separate lines for each of them. The number of internal lines is determined by the Binotel plan. Be aware of this when connecting (Step 1).

❗️If you need to create or configure lines, contact Binotel support.

In addition, if you need the incoming call processing scenario to include sending the call to the person responsible for the card, then also make a request to the service specialists. You need to do this using the email address which was used for creating the Binotel account. In the request, also specify the desired waiting time for the response.

To add a user to the system, go to the Settings - Employees section. Then click Add employee.

Enter an email address, come up with a password, add the employee's name and specify the extension they will be responsible for.

❗️The password can also be generated.

After filling out all the fields, click Add employee.

As a result, the user will be displayed in the list.

The created or generated password and specified email will be used in the future for Google Chrome extension.

The extension number is for settings at Uspacy.

Uspacy settings

In the Marketplace section there is the free Binotel telephony application, which, after its installation and additional settings, will allow you to call clients or receive calls from them.

Step 1. Installation

First, you need to install this application in your Space. To do this, click Get.

Next, go to the settings of the already installed application.

Step 2. Connection status

In this block, you will only need to enter the API Key and API Secret that you received from Binotel support specialists.

And click Check Connection.

As a result, the connection status should change to Connected.

💡 The Uspacy webhook field is a default field and does not need to be filled out. Its value was already used to configure Binotel outgoing webhooks.

Step 3. Integration with CRM

As a result of processing both outgoing and successful incoming calls, leads in CRM will be created. They can be processed and converted into deals, companies or contacts later.

An activity will be created on the basis of a missed call from a known number in the corresponding company or contact card.

❗️A selection of other entities will be available soon.

Step 4. Phone numbers matching

At Uspacy, you also need to specify a separate line for each responsible employee, which is already configured in Binotel. First, click Add.

Next, in the Employees field, select a user from the list. You can start entering a name to speed up the search for a colleague.

In the Extension number or line value field, enter the extension that was matched to the employee at Binotel.

And save these settings by clicking on the check mark.

Step 5. Assigning a typical person responsible

Now it is possible to assign a person responsible for new entities created on the basis of the processing of missed calls.

💡 If you do not do this, then the super administrator (owner) of the portal will be considered the typical person responsible.

Binotel extension for Google Chrome and softphone

Thanks to a special extension in Google Chrome, you can work with calls directly in the browser through a pop-up window. It displays brief information about the client who is calling you. But it is possible to go to his/her CRM card in your Space at once. And thanks to the softphone, you will be able to call and talk with clients.

Step 1. Installation

You can find this extension in the Chrome Web Store. In the search bar, start entering its name - Binotel ATC.

Or you can add it to Chrome by following the direct link HERE.

After installation, this extension will be available in your browser.

Step 2. How to log in to your Binotel personal account

For the extension to work, you must be authorized on the website https://my.binotel.ua/. To do this, enter the email and password that were created when adding a user in the Settings - Employees section.

Step 3. Connecting softphone for making calls

Softphone is a special application that provides IP-telephony communication. It is installed on a work computer and requires an Internet connection.

In addition to the Binotel extension for Google Chrome, you also need to use a softphone or have a landline IP phone to make calls.

☎️ For installation and configuration, we advise you to contact Binotel support.

Work with telephony

After that, you can start working with Binotel telephony directly at Uspacy - make calls and stay in touch with your current and prospective clients.

☎️ All calls (incoming, outgoing and missed) will be saved on the Call log page. Here you can process calls, for example, listen to recordings of conversations or go to the card of the related CRM entity.

💡It is available only on commercial plans.

On the call log page, you can immediately process calls, for example, listen to the recordings of conversations or go to the card of the related CRM entity.

🙌🏻 Please note that conversation recordings are usually added with a delay of 10-15 minutes. If the call was long, the delay may be a little longer.

Conversation records will be contained in the CRM card as well, in its right part, under the activity filter, where the history of interaction with the element is displayed.
