This month, changes at Uspacy were marked not just by a long list of updates but by an entire product release with new features and introducing entirely new capabilities. You may have watched the presentation, but it’s worth reminding you what we unveiled in August:
🟣 As a result of rethinking this tool, a new Activities section has been introduced. Previously, it could only be used in CRM, but now Activities are also available in tasks. We've also added advanced filters to the Activities section!
Additionally, when planning Activity, you can now view availability to find a colleague's free time before involving them.

🟣 We've thoroughly improved the notification system and its settings. Finally, users can now manage their notifications, turn individual ones on or off, and choose where exactly they want to receive them.

🟣 While it may seem minor, we've also made a long-awaited update to field settings. Now, you can control their color, see lists in the order you need, or set your custom hint text to fill out any field.
🟣 Required fields in CRM have been added so managers won’t miss any essential fields when filling out a new client’s card.

🟣 We’ve launched a new call card for the Ringostat, Unitalk, and Binotel telephony systems.

🟣 Finally, we announced an entirely new Analytics section. This is the first step toward creating a powerful and flexible tool that will allow you to keep all essential business information in one place.
Company leaders now have access to the Company Rhythm reporting panel with key sales and team productivity metrics.
And all employees can use the My Productivity panel, where personal efficiency indicators are gathered.
