A couple of weeks ago, we celebrated 🥳 the second anniversary of Uspacy's launch 🥳. On our birthday, our founders held a special webinar "Now everything is clear," where they shared product updates.

So, here they are:

🟣 The brightest update of this month — updated design and features of the Task Boards! Now, it’s possible to collapse columns, see the number of subtasks, tasks, and comments directly on the card, interact with tasks (start or complete them), and view attached images directly from the board. Collaboration and project management have become even more visual and efficient.

🟣 Mass addition of values for fields like list/label — a significant improvement that saves time when setting up the CRM. No need to add values separately, as now you can add all the necessary list or label options at once, just by pasting them from a list or separating them with commas.

🟣 Dependent lists — an impressive new feature for building incredibly flexible business processes! Now you can set up the dependency of one list's values based on the selection made in another, and vice versa. This is perfect for creating complex forms, where selecting a city determines the available branches or the type of product affects the available options.

🟣 The most anticipated update for client communication — numbered Telegram and Viber. From now on, you can message clients first via these messengers directly from CRM, something our users have constantly been asking about!

The integration application, available in our Marketplace, opens up entirely new possibilities for proactive sales and client service!

🟣 We’ve also significantly expanded the capabilities of our integrations with social networks via responses to comments on Instagram and Facebook. Now, directly from Uspacy, you can not only view but also reply to comments on your posts, making client communication even more convenient and centralized.

🟣 We launched an integration with Zapier, so you now have the opportunity to connect Uspacy with over 5000 services via Zapier, automating routine processes and setting up interactions between your favorite tools.

🟣 New modifiers for displaying deal amounts in Documents — a useful addition to the Document generator that allows flexible handling of financial information display. The modifiers ~amount and ~currency enable precise customization of how amounts appear in your documents, which is especially important for official documentation.

🟣 We’ve also added the ability to use numerical indicators in analytical reports. Now, in Reports, you can use indicators from fields like Money, Integer, and Decimal fields.

🟣 Tasks can now be exported to Excel, greatly simplifying task analysis and reporting, in case the built-in analytics tools are still not enough for you.

🟣 The Call log has received permissions, and now administrators can flexibly configure who can access the Call log, define viewing levels for communication history, and listen to call recordings.

🟣 Another step toward personalizing your workspace — saving CRM card and Smart Object settings. Now, all changes you make to the display of CRM entity cards or Smart Objects are saved for your account. Switch between devices, and your favorite settings will always be with you!
